16 Best Vegan Brunch Spots in Las Vegas (2025)

  • October 14, 2025

The Best Vegan and Vegan-Friendly Brunch Spots in Las Vegas (2025)

Vegan brunch Las Vegas are three words that wouldn’t have gone together a decade ago. But now, it exists. Sometimes it’s just a bit harder to find than other meals. Brunch has become “the” meal of the week, and  restaurants have evolved to offer more options. From fully plant-based buffets on the Strip to casual off-Strip cafes pouring mimosas alongside vegan Benedicts, the city’s brunch scene is serving up serious vibes … and not just for vegans.

Whether you’re visiting or local, these are the best vegan and vegan-friendly brunch spots in Las Vegas right now. As someone who loves a brunch and loves vegan food in Las Vegas, these are my top picks.

On the Strip

Crossroads Kitchen – Resorts World

PHOTO: Meg Blair | Crossroads Kitchen

Crossroads Kitchen made waves when it launched the first all-vegan brunch buffet on the Las Vegas Strip. Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Chef Tal Ronnen’s team delivers an elevated brunch spread that’s entirely plant-based.

Think fluffy JUST Egg scrambles and breakfast sausages to pancakes, French toast, charcuterie boards, pastries, salads, and even a live pasta station. It also happens to be the only vegan buffet in Las Vegas. So, be sure to get in there on Sundays to kick off that Sunday Funday.

Beyond brunch, Crossroads is the only upscale vegan restaurant on the Strip. The restaurant offers a full Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu with dishes like truffle pasta, flatbreads, and house-made vegan cheeses. Plus, they’ve got some decadent desserts to dig into.

Pro tip: Reservations are highly recommended. Also, come hungry. You’ll want to try it all.

Sundays, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. $48 adults, $22 kids ages 5 – 12.

Terrace Pointe Café – Wynn Las Vegas

Terrace Pointe Cafe inside Wynn Las Vegas, offers a variety of vegan options for breakfast and lunch. Our favorite is the tofu scramble. And bottomless mimosas for $22. For more vegan dining options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Wynn Las Vegas and it’s sister property, Encore, have always been a favorite for vegan dining. Every property-run restaurant has vegan options. However, in 2020 and the few years after, their options began to dwindle. That being said, you can still dine out at any of the restaurants here and know you can eat. And, eat well.

Terrace Pointe, modeled after luxurious French cafes, offers vegan eats in an opulent garden-like setting. Open daily for breakfast and brunch, they have a few options worthy of trying. Their Southwest veggie scramble is my favorite. In addition, they have steel cut oats, chia pudding muffins, a fruit plate, and even vegan chicken and waffles.

The restaurant doesn’t take reservations, so either plan to wait a little (which works because there’s a bar or an entire casino to explore) or head there early. Especially on weekends, if you arrive before 10 a.m. there’s a better chance of not having to wait.

As I mentioned, the hotel is super vegan-friendly. While this spot is only open until 3 p.m. you can basically never leave this property if you’re vegan and all you want to do is eat and hang out at the pool.

Pro tip: Ask your server for the separate vegan menu. It’s not always handed out by default.

Daily, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Primrose – Park MGM

PHOTO: Primrose Park MGM

Primrose, a cozy cafe inside Park MGM is a hot spot for brunch, thanks to it’s Insta-worthy brunch towers. While it is not a mecca for vegan food, since the restaurant is so popular for brunch, it’s worth a visit. The vegan options are limited, but totally passable. They serve avocado toast, vegan french toast in a tofu banana batter tossed in cinnamon, and topped with vanilla coconut cream, and a spiced cake with peach compote and coconut cream for dessert.

Prop tip: Since brunch wraps at 1:30 or 2, go mid-morning. And, also give them a heads up and let them know you’re vegan. They can also run through the menu with you and let you know what else can be made vegan.

Mon. – Fri. – 7 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Weekends – 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.

True Food Kitchen – The Forum Shops, Caesars Palace

True Foods Kitchen is now open in Downtown Summerlin. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Brunch over at True Food Kitchen includes the usual suspects – a bananas foster chia pudding, southwest tofu scramble with sourdough. While it’s not bursting with options, you can also veganize some of the other dishes like their avo toast and bowls. They also have other options on their regular menu, including chips and guac, charred cauliflower, hummus with flatbread and veggies, a spinach and wild mushroom pizza and a seasonal pizza, vegan burger and more.

TFC is known for being seed-oil free and creating dishes that are known to help increase longevity and improve health. The concept comes from the anti-inflammatory food pyramid, so you know if you need a little good-for-ya oomph after partying in Vegas, this is where to head.

Pro-tip: Make a reservation. Both locations (Summerlin and The Forum Shops) are hot spots and you’re not going to want to wait around.

Weekends – 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Hussong’s Cantina – The Shoppes at Mandalay Bay

Veganuary Las Vegas presented by Vegans, Baby is a monthlong vegan dining month every January. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com

PHOTO: Hussong’s Cantina

Though not strictly a brunch spot, Hussong’s has enough vegan accommodations and a full bar to earn a spot in my guide (especially for brunch-ish afternoons or late-morning eats). Tucked into the Mandalay Bay Shoppes, this Mexican joint offers up a few vegan brunch eats. You can choose from Huevos Rancheros, a stuffed Mexican burrito or Chilaquiles.

But, the vegan options don’t end there. If you’re more in the mood for something on the lunch/dinner side of things, they offer an entire vegan menu. They’ve got burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, tacos and more. Make sure to save room for dessert. Hussong’s have a creamy peanut butter chocolate cake that is insane.

Sun. – Thurs. – 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Fri. – Sat. – 11 a.m. – midnight

Arts District/Downtown Las Vegas

Tacotarian

Tacotarian has been awarded all the honors, from Fast Casual’s top movers and shakers to Nation’s Restaurant News hot concepts, so of course they’re on any list regarding Las Vegas and vegan food. With six locations across Nevada and California, including the first fast casual vegan spot on The Strip at Miracle Mile, their brunch is one not to miss. It’s the most creative vegan brunch you can find in Vegas and one of the best menus I’ve seen anywhere.

I’m a huge fan of the birria grilled cheese, a cheesy sourdough sandwich filled with delicate birria and served with a side of dipping broth and fries. For sweet lovers, they’ve got french toast dipped in JUST egg, soy milk and triple sec and served with butter, syrup and strawberries. They also serve huevos ahogados “drowned eggs”, breakfast bowls, pancakes, taco platters, omelettes, chilaquiles and more.

To wash it all down, grab a Michelada or mimosa.

Don’t miss Tacotarian’s regular menu, either. They’re known for having the largest taco in the world, as well as the most plant-based tacos in the universe.

Pro tip: Their Arts District is especially lively during weekend brunch.

Off-Strip locations –  Weekends – 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Miracle Mile – brunch all day

Makers & Finders Coffee

Perk up! Here are 7 vegan-friendly coffee shops we love in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com

With three locations in Las Vegas (Summerlin, Downtown, Henderson), Makers & Finders was one of the first restaurants in town to offer vegan brunch options way back in 2018. This artsy café and Latin-inspired brunch spot offers a dedicated vegan section and allows plenty of swaps. Try the Impossible breakfast sandwich, vegan empanada skillet (my fave), or their hash skillet. Pair it with their signature lattes or a house mimosa.

Can’t make up your mind? Forget a booze flight, grab an empanada one. These flakey empanadas are filled with flavor and hard to put down.

They also serve lunch and dinner here. And, it is always buzzing.

Pro tip: Visit their Arts District location for an extra dose of creative energy and community vibes. It’s my favorite of their locations. They also have specials like $3 empanadas on Wednesdays.

Hours vary by location. Daily.

True Food Kitchen – see The Strip

North West Las Vegas

Black & Blue Diner

Black & Blue Diner is one of my favorite vegan-friendly restaurants in Las Vegas. A true local gem, this neighborhood diner serves breakfast all day with plenty of vegan options. They’ve got tofu scrambles, vegan French toast, waffles, and even vegan steak and eggs. And, their team not only is well-versed on vegan life, but so is the kitchen with its separate grill and fryers.

Beyond breakfast, they’ve got vegan sandwiches, burgers, and comfort food staples and are always adding more to their vegan line-up. In addition, the portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the vibe is pure diner nostalgia.

Daily – 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Garden Grill

Over in the northwest part of town, Garden Grill is a fully vegan restaurant that’s built a cult following in its 12 years of existence. The woman-owned fast-casual restaurant offers all those fast food comforts you can’t find anywhere else, like crispy chicken sandwiches, nachos, buckets of fried chicken, dip cones(!) and so much more. A few years ago, the restaurant added weekend brunch to their offerings, complete with booze.

Grab eats like a muffin and egg and cheese sando, chicken and waffles with a heaping scoop of mashed potatoes smothered in gravy, breakfast burritos and other brunch goodies.

What I love most about this spot is that the fried chicken is all housemade. That’s right, no packaged and par cooked chix here, its fresh, battered to the high heavens and crispy and juicy perfection. Plus, you can get it in all sorts of dishes.

Pro tip: Be sure to grab soft serve ice cream from the only spot in town where you can get vegan soft serve! Flavors rotate.

Weekends – 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Southwest Las Vegas

Good Morning Kitchen & Cocktail Bar

7 dishes to order for vegan brunch at Good Morning Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining in Las Vegas visit vegansbaby.com

Another of my most favorite spots, Good Morning Kitchen & Cocktail Bar is where you head if you’re local and looking for a cool scene. And excellent food. The vibrant restaurant has some seriously decadent vegan options, like cereal-crusted French toast stuffed with fruit and marscapone, a killer Reuben, Benedicts and more. It’s hard to choose what to order, so just grab a group and share.

If you’re not feeling brunch-y, they’ve also got salads and bowls

Pro tip: They serve cocktails — including fun brunch staples like mimosas and Bloody Marys — so it’s a great place for a leisurely weekend meal. Or, if you want to kick it up a lil’ notch, try their mimosa flight. Bonus: Monday – Friday from 1 p.m. until close, they have bottomless mimosas. Bottoms up, babes.

Daily, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

A post shared by Tarantino’s Plant Based Italian & Desserts (@tarantinos.plantbased.italian)

A Las Vegas favorite, Tarantino’s Vegan offers plant-based brunch daily. Here, you’ve got choices like mascarpone or chocolate chip pancakes, sweet or savory brunch calzones, and more. They also serve coffee drinks, smoothies, and a selection of beer, wine, and juices

Beyond brunch, their regular menu is packed with vegan Italian comfort food — from lasagna, pastas, parmigianas and sandwiches to decadent desserts.

Pro tip: Head over ASAP to brunch. At press time, brunch was being trialed so get in there and show them some love.

Mon. – Fri.- 8:15 a.m. – 11 a.m., Weekends – 8:15 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Tacotarian – see Arts District

Summerlin

Flower Child

Flower Child offers a large selection of vegan and vegan gluten-free options in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Flower Child is a go-to for health-conscious brunchers who want clean, simple, and flavorful food. Head here to nourish yourself and enjoy the Summerlin scene. My favorite dish is the Glow Bowl, with sweet potato noodle, shiitake, onion, snap peas, cilantro, mint and sunflower sauce. They also have options like an ancient grains bowl, black bean falafel, and even vegan chocolate pudding.

For drinks, sip on some kombucha or grab sangria or wine for your brunch celebrations.

Daily 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Hussong’s  Mexican Cantina

Located in Summerlin, this outpost of Hussong’s has a different menu than its sister restaurant on The Strip. This restaurant also has avocado toast as an option in case you don’t want to have a ever have a mortgage. 😉

Weekends –  11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Henderson

craftKITCHEN

CRAFT Kitchen Las Vegas debuts its new vegan menu. For more vegan dining in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

craftKITCHEN blends locally-sourced ingredients with approachable, chef-driven brunch. A popular spot any day of the week, folks come from across the Valley to indulge in their food. When it comes to vegan options, there are a handful. They’ve got smashed avo toast, chilaquiles (and vegan cheese and soyrizo you can add on), burritos, tacos and salad.

If you want to grab some bubbles, they also have bottomless mimosas daily until 2 p.m.

Pro tip: Perfect if you want an off-Strip brunch with drinks and great service in a chill, upscale setting. Get on the wait list via Yelp to cut down your wait time.

Mon. – Fri. – 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., Weekends – 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

South Las Vegas

Toca Madera

PHOTO: Toca Madera

For a luxe, high-energy brunch experience, Toca Madera brings the vibes — and the vegan options. The Mexican steakhouse-turned-modern hotspot offers limited selections, but hey, you’re coming for the scene. You can grab veganized enchiladas with tofu instead of meat (also hold the dairy), as well as an omelette, chips and guac, and other options you can tweak.

Pro tip: Come here when you want an upscale, boozy brunch with plenty of Instagram-worthy moments.

Weekends – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Down 2 Earth

PHOTO: Down 2 Earth

Located in the southwest part of town, Down 2 Earth is a fully vegan café that’s all about fresh, feel-good food. Their weekend brunch menu includes a breakfast platter with pancakes, breakfast sausages, an omelette and hashbrowns.

The restaurant also has a breakfast sandwich and a short stack of pancakes.

It’s casual, cozy, and completely plant-based.

Pro tip: Grab the souther friend oyster mushrooms and pizza, too. So. good.

Daily – 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Makers & Finders – see Arts District

Vegas is a brunch lover’s paradise — and that includes vegans. Whether you want an all-you-can-eat vegan buffet, Latin-inspired breakfast tacos, or off-Strip cocktails with a side of avo toast, these restaurants deliver some of the best vegan brunch in Las Vegas right now.

From the Strip to Henderson, you’ll find that brunch in this city is no longer just about bacon and eggs. Now, it’s about flavor, creativity, and proving that plant-based can do it all.

Hours of operation and menu offerings may vary due to staffing issues. Please check directly with the restaurant regarding hours and offerings.
