Tacotarian launches shelf-stable vegan taco meat

If you love Tacotarian’s vegan food at their restaurants in Las Vegas and San Diego, you’re in luck.

Tacotarian launches consumer taco meat

Kristen Corral, one of the cofounders of Tacotarian, recently announced the debut of Tacotarian at Home. The company’s first product to launch is its jackfruit barbacoa and jackfruit Birria made with Beyond. And, that’s just the start.

Shelf-stable taco meats hit the market

The popular vegan restaurant which wins meat-lovers daily thanks to its diverse and flavorful menu, marks its entrance into consumer packaged goods with it’s jackfruit products.

The innovative line is shelf-stable and designed to bring the popular restaurant’s experience home. What makes this product different from others on the market is that Tacotarian’s taco fillings are a departure from most plant-based meat brands by being shelf-stable while retaining the authenticity and taste that customers expect.

The products are high-protein, non-GMO and plant-based, giving a healthier option for taco meats and providing an accessible option without comprising taste or texture. Its venture into retail reflects the growing ask from its loyal fans to have a presence near them, and gives them a chance to enjoy the famous fillings without having to be nearby one of its locations.

“We’ve been fortunate to have such a core group of Tacotarian supporters that have begged us to come to their  city,” says Corral. “While we are continuing to expand, we  are elated to meet people where they are and present them with a retail line that allows them access to our plant based offerings regardless of location.”

The convenience of Tacotarian’s retail line gives taco lovers an effortless meal. Now, they can simply put the taco filling in a skillet or air fryer. Then, all that’s left is to customize it with their favorite toppings. With this new retail line, enjoying the authentic Tacotarian experience has never been easier.

“We’re especially proud of our Birria with Beyond™. It’s one of our most popular options at all our locations,” says Regina Simmons. She is one of the other owners of Tacotarian and Cofounder of Tacotarian & Tacotarian at Home.

You can expect the products to hit premium retailers soon. In the meantime, you can order the premium vegan taco fillings on Tactoarian’s website. Pre-sales are ongoing.
