10 delicious dishes to order at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Crossroads Kitchen is the only vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Located at Resorts World Las Vegas, Crossroads Kitchen serves a menu with a focus on pizza and pasta. But, there’s much more than that to devour at the popular Las Vegas vegan restaurant. Bonus: there are tons of gluten-free options, making this a great spot if you’re looking for gluten-free vegan food in Las Vegas.

Celebrity Chef Tal Ronnen is behind the well-known establishment and is known not only for his restaurant but for consulting on the vegan program at Wynn and Encore when they first debuted their vegan options. Crossroads first opened in Los Angeles. The Resorts World location is the first outside of California for the restaurant.

Vegan Fine Dining Las Vegas: Crossroads Kitchen

Don’t let the massive menu overwhelm you. We tried a bunch of dishes to help you narrow down the winners here. These are our top 10 picks.

10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen

Let’s start with the three dishes that are exclusive to Crossroads in Las Vegas.

1. Impossible Cigars

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

The Impossible Cigars are what they sound like — flakey “cigar” pastry filled with Impossible meat and served in a cigar box. It comes with a spicy almond milk yogurt for dipping. Definitely dip it — the spice compliments the cigar perfectly.

2. Chestnut Foie Gras

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Light and creamy chestnut foie gras comes topped with a cabernet demi and thin slices of grapes. Spread it on the grilled sourdough which accompanies the dish. Gluten-free option available

3. Caviar and Chips

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Crossroads is doing one of the best vegan caviars we’ve had. This one, made with kelp, comes served on top of french onion dip and with ridges potato chips. Gluten-free option available.

4. Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Delicate fried zucchini blossoms are filled with Kite Hill Cream Cheese. Top it with marinara and enjoy this gluten-free appetizer. Gluten-free.

5. Basil Pesto and Heirloom Tomato Pizza

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Crossroads features four pizzas. We love the basil pesto and Heirloom version that comes with Vertage cashew cheese. It’s light and flavorful and won’t fill you up, leaving room to try other options.

6. Caesar Salad

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Yes, it’s a salad. But, my goodness. This is one of the best Caesar salads we’ve ever had.

7. Fettuccine and Truffles

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

There are a whopping eight pastas to choose from at Crossroads. The carbonara made famous for its “runny egg” isn’t currently on the menu, so we settled for the fettuccine and truffles and weren’t disappointed. Served in a truffle butter sauce and topped with shaved black truffles, if you’re a fan of the ‘shroom then this dish is for you. Gluten-free option available.

8. Eggplant Filet

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Tender eggplant with chanterelles in a vegan bordelaise sauce and creamy mashed potatoes make this a super cozy dish that’s fitting more for the colder months than the dead of summer. Regardless, it’s delightful.  Gluten-free option available.

9. Truffle Crispy Potatoes

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Can you tell we love truffles? These slightly crispy truffle potatoes are a fantastic side if you need more potatoes in your life. Gluten-free

10. Citrus Berry Verine

Crossroads Kitchen is the first vegan fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. Here are 10 dishes to try at Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining visit www.vegansbaby.com

Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert. While all the desserts are delectable, we were pleasantly surprised by the refreshing citrus berry verine. It’s fluffy lemon curd and berry gelée with almond streusel. Yes, please.
