CRAFTkitchen Unveils New Vegan Menu

CRAFT Kitchen Las Vegas debuts its new vegan menu. For more vegan dining in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

The vegan dining options in Las Vegas continue to grow, this time with CRAFTkitchen announcing it’s got a new vegan menu (which we are especially excited about since, according to their PR person, came as a result of our suggestion!) and joining the ranks of other high profile restaurants in Las Vegas to launch vegan menus.

We checked out the eats at this bakery/cafe/restaurant a few months ago and loved what they were serving, and this new vegan menu makes the spot even more enticing (and a possible contended for best brunch in the 2019 Las Vegas Vegan Food Guide) thanks to their weekend brunches and bottomless mimosas.

Helmed by Five-Diamond Chef Jaret Blinn, who has graced kitchens at numerous Ritz-Carlton properties, Le Cirque and Circo, CRAFTkitchen focuses on his passion and play.

The vegan food at CRAFTkitchen features the usual suspects — juices, acai bowls and avocado toast, as well as the sweet oatmeal brûlée (try it for dessert!). But, what sets CRAFTkitchen apart are these vegan dishes:

Veggie Toast – this twist on the avocado toast is one we love and loaded with a tomato onion jam, wilted spinach, sautéed mushrooms and a roasted red pepper coulis on grilled garlic ciabatta

Chilaquiles – corn tortilla chips in a New Mexican chile sauce with black beans, lime cream, pico de gallo and cilantro (you can add avocado, soy chorizo and even Gardein chick’n to the mix)

Farmers Market Stack – a gluten-free (and super delicious) meal with soft quinoa cake, roasted veggies, tomatoes and served over smashed potatoes

Butternut Squash Hash – with kale and caramelized onions served over smashed potatoes

Kale Salad – with shaved apple and fennel, toasted hazelnuts and farro in a raspberry vinaigrette

Crispy Avocado Tacos – with cilantro black bean puree, crispy avocado, pico de gallo, lime creama and cilantro

Buffalo Wing Wrap – Gardein chick’n with shaved carrots and celery, CRAFT Kitchen ranch and crisp romaine in a flour tortilla.
