But, if you’re only in Las Vegas for a few days, or want the absolute best eats in town right now, picking the spot isn’t necessarily easy. Fortunately, you came to the right spot. Ok, so it’s impossible to pick only one best vegan restaurant in Las Vegas. It’s even hard to pick 11. However, I’ve managed to narrow the pool based on what makes each special.

1. BLACKOUT (Dining in the Dark)
Cuisine: American
Meals: dinner
Setting: full-service

What makes it special: BLACKOUT is the only restaurant in Las Vegas that offers the dining in the dark concept. From the time you walk into the dining room until the time you leave, it’s pitch black. Staff are equipped with night vision goggles and guests are left to enjoy a sensory experience that relies on all the other senses but sight. What I love most about this spot is that it doesn’t advertise it’s vegan. In fact, you don’t even know until the end of the meal when you’re presented with the menu.
