NoButcher is a vegan butcher shop located in Las Vegas, Nev.

The plant-based butcher and deli is one of the only in the world. Opened in Nov. 2019, the fast-casual restaurant serves deli meats, cheese, sides and sandwiches and has a drive-thru.
