Crossroads Las Vegas becomes second fully vegan restaurant on Las Vegas Strip
Resorts World already has a few vegan options, including Craig’s Vegan and Brezza, but Crossroads catapults the property into another category with one of LA’s hottest vegan restaurants opening its doors.
“As we expand our dining portfolio, we continue to seek unique concepts that can appeal to food lovers and culinary novices alike, and Crossroads does just that,” says Bart Mahoney, Vice President of Food & Beverage of Resorts World Las Vegas. “We are thrilled to be working with Chef Tal and his talented team to offer an approachable yet refined take on plant-based cuisine to our guests and visitors.”
Crossroads Las Vegas
Crossroads Las Vegas will echo its counterpart in LA and be an upscale dining experience. Executive Chef Paul Zlatos is leading the culinary team in Las Vegas along with Ronnen. Expect the restaurant’s signature dishes like Beet Tartare, Tagliatelle Bolognese and Fettucine and Truffles. Plus, special dishes exclusive to Las Vegas are also gracing the menu.
CB | Crossroads Burger
The quick-service CB | Crossroads Burger will serve housemade sausages, burgers, fries and milkshakes. It will have a casual setting and also offer the menu to-go.
“Chef Paul Zlatos and I are thrilled to return to Las Vegas where we first met 11 years ago adding plant-based options to the Strip,” says Ronnen. “My intention with CB |Crossroads Burgers is to create a space for accessible yet elevated plant-based cuisine within the lively atmosphere of Resort World Las Vegas.”
Ronnen famously worked with Wynn Las Vegas to add vegan options at their restaurants. He’s known for his New York Times best-seller “The Conscious Cook.” In addition, Oprah named him “America’s Best Vegan Chef”.
