9 delicious vegan dishes you can order in Las Vegas during quarantine

Are you tired of cooking? Or like us and finding it increasingly more difficult to order things like tofu and flour (because we are all bakers now, amiright?). We’re sharing vegan recipes to make during quarantine, but if you’re craving some food that isn’t made by you, we’ve got you covered, too. We’ve rounded up nine vegan dishes you can order from restaurants in Las Vegas from vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants.

Restaurants are going to extraordinary measures to ensure your health and safety and need support now more than ever.

9 delicious vegan dishes you can order in Las Vegas

Koshari — POTs

Egyptian vegan food has arrived to Las Vegas. Adding to new vegan options in Las Vegas is Pots, featuring vegan Egyptian street food and more. Additional vegan dining in Las Vegas info here: www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Carbs on carbs on carbs is what we love about the koshari from POTs. The all-vegan Egyptian restaurant’s koshari is a popular street food dish in the country and features lentils, pasta, brown rice and chickpeas topped with tomato sauce and fried onions. Owner and chef Iman Haggag has emerged as a leader in the community during the shutdown, extending her delivery area to all corners of the Valley to get those who are under-served and offering free kshari to those in need — no purchase necessary and no questions asked.

Crispy Chili Garlic Noodles — Graffiti Bao

Chef Marc Marrone's Graffiti Bao is a vegan-friendly Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Chef Marc Maronne has been an integral part of the Las Vegas community since the pandemic hit. Not only have him and his team been assembling meals daily to give to people in need, he also is offering free kids meals. Graffiti Bao’s vegan food is some of the best in town (and not many have seem to discovered it yet). Our favorite is the crispy chili garlic noodles with pillowy tofu.

Vegan Huevos Rancheros — Egg Sammie

9 vegan dishes you can get in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Egg Sammie is a new southwest breakfast and brunch eatery and still rolling out their eats, one of which is a vegan option. While we typically only write about restaurants with at least three options on Vegans, Baby, we’re making exceptions during the shutdown. Hey, if enough people show Egg Sammie there’s a demand for the sandwich, maybe they’ll add more! The vegan huevos rancheros features two thick pieces of Texas toast crammed with Just Egg, tofu, vegan chorizo, crispy tater hash, bell peppers, onions, salsa and fried jalapeños. p.m.

Mediterranean Omelette — Go Vegan Cafe

9 vegan dishes you can get in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Oh, the goodness that is this omelette. Go Vegan Cafe has mastered vegan breakfast with such brilliance. Nearly everything on their menu is gluten-free and this omelette made with tofu and filled with black olives, roasted veggies and bruschetta tomatoes is literally the only thing we ever order because why mess with breakfast perfection? The meals comes with a side of breakfast potatoes and a piping hot gluten-free muffin.

Mac N Cheese Balls — Violette’s Vegan Organic Cafe & Juice Bar

9 vegan dishes you can get in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Needing some serious comfort eats? Violette’s Vegan’s Mac N Cheese Balls are the winner. These come crispy and topped with cheese sauce, sour cream, bacon crumbles and green onions … and they’re gluten-free. While you’re at it, also order up a healthy smoothie (check out our guide to restaurants open in Vegas to see their specials), or some yummy desserts from Hunk A Love bakery.

Lasagna — Simply Pure

Simply Pure is an entirely vegan restaurant run by Chef Stacey Dougan. Located in the Container Park, it offers pure and raw dishes. For more vegan dining options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

The lasagna made by Chef Stacey Dougan from Simply Pure is likely the best lasagna you will ever eat. Ever. Anywhere. That being said, we’re oh-so-lucky to have it in our backyard in Vegas. They even have a gluten-free version.

Pepperoni Pizza — Veganos Kitchen

Veganos Kitchen is a vegan restaurant in Las Vegas. This hidden gem serves vegan Mexican food, vegan pizza, plus the Beyond and Impossible Burgers. For more vegan dining in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.co

We can’t sing Veganos Kitchen’s praises enough. This small, family-owned all-vegan Mexican spot isn’t talked about much in the vegan community, and it’s a hidden gem. They’ve got all the Mexican dishes, but what really blows our mind is their pepperoni pizza. It comes complete with that extra shimmer of pepperoni grease on top and is what we consider the perfect pizza after downing some beers. Their medium pizza is only $8.99 right now.

Garlic Knots – Pizza Company

We love everything that comes out of Pizza Company, like their pizza topped with homemade cashew cheese and their calzones. But, no order is complete without their garlic knots with a side of ranch. Right now, you can get a $10 gift certificate to Pizza Company for only $5 exclusively through Vegans, Baby!

Chicky Chicky Bang Bang — VegeNation

If you’re looking for something to sink your teeth in to with a little extra kick, the Chicky Chicky Bang Bang from VegeNation is our pick. This Nashville-style crispy chicken sandwich comes topped with slaw, ranch and bread and butter pickles, plus a side of fresh-cut fries and organic ketchup. While you’re at it, might as well order their Nutterbutter Oreo cheesecake to round out your meal.
