Raw food never tasted this good.
Seriously.
Thanks to Chef Stacey Dougan, visitors to Simply Pure are able to enjoy food in its raw (and gorgeously delicious) form.
Tucked into Downtown Container Park is this vegan gem. The space is tiny, and only offers a few high tops to sit, but there is plenty of seating outside to devour Dougan’s creations.
We’re talking lasagna in its purest form. Yes, it may look and taste like lasagna non-vegans eat, but surprise! It is entirely vegan. And entirely amazing. She’s got nachos. Tacos. Grilled Cheese. Pasta. Wraps. The best kale chips you’ve ever eaten. Smoothies. And much more.
Dougan, who recently had talked about closing her shop, has seen an upsurge since the Bill Clinton visited Simply Pure while in town at the beginning of 2016. Her culinary skills have landed her as a media expert talking about gourmet vegan and raw foods. Honestly, we adore this talented chef and everything she creates at Simply Pure.
Not only does Simply Pure offer dining at Container Park, but Dougan and her team also offer meal service so people who want raw and pure food can order and have meals delivered.
