Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is the newest hotel to open Off-Strip, opening March 2021. A part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, the hotel’s world-class culinary program includes Todd English’s Olives, Krish Yenbamroong’s Night + Market, Nobu and more. But, what vegan options are there at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas? We’re so glad you asked.

Casa Calavera

Casa Calavera offers traditional Mexican cuisine complete with outdoor patio and Dia de los Muertos theme throughout. The Hakkasan Group’s concept mixes relaxed open-air vibes with the Las Vegas pre-party vibe to create a stunning space.

Vegan options at Casa Calavera:

  • Avocado and roasted corn taquitos – sweet potato, vegan cheese with fire roasted salsa ($15)
  • Portobello and rajas – served as tacos or burrito,charred onions, pico de gallo, greens, avocado, salsa verde ($19)
  • Classic guac ($13)
  • Jerez salad – greens, marinated black beans, cucumber, tomato, pickled carrots, pepitas with sherry/agave vinaigrette ($13)
  • Tacos can be substituted for crispy cauliflower

 

Kassi Beach House

Modeled after the Italian seaside, Kassi Beach House serves coastal Italian cuisine in a chill trattoria.

  • Brunch:
    • Whipped eggplant mezze ($14)
    • Oven-roasted puccia bread ($6)
    • Crudites ($6)

Night + Market

Chef Kris Yenbamroong’s Night + Market serves award-winning Thai street food.

  • Vegan larb spicy salad – crispy tofu patties, coarsely chopped and tossed with lime, vegan fish sauce, rice powder, chili, cilantro, onion ($14)
  • Papaya salad – mortar-pounded green papaya salad with palm sugar, lime juice, bird eye chili, peanuts ($16)
  • Crispy rice salad – raw ginger, onion, peanuts, cilantro, chili ($16)
  • Pad see ew gai – rice noodles cooked in a wok with Chinese broccoli and black soy sauce ($16)
  • Vegan pad thai ($12)
  • Garlic green beans – green beans sauteed with garlic, soy sauce and white pepper ($16)

Nobu is a world-renowned Japanese restaurant.
