Diana Edelman, founder of Vegans, Baby, and the James Beard Foundation continue their partnership with an online chef event. Join host Diana Edelman on Wednesday, March 31 from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. PDT for Spotlight on Vegetables, Street Food to Sushi.
The free online event is put on by the James Beard Foundation and sponsored by Oatly and feature three celebrated Las Vegas chefs. With plant-based cooking being better for bodies and the planet, Edelman’s enlisted a group of talented chefs. The goal: to teach viewers how to turn favorite dishes into plant-based sensations, from sushi to street food and sweets.
