Romantic vegan options in Las Vegas
Are you looking for a romantic vegan restaurant in Las Vegas? Well, you’re in luck. While most of the vegan restaurants in Las Vegas are more casual, the city is home to one fine dining restaurant, as well as plenty of vegan-friendly restaurants that are heavy on the romance.
Why trust this guide
I’ve spent nearly a decade eating my way through vegan restaurants, testing plant-based products, and building guides for travelers who want great food without sacrificing their values. From Las Vegas to New York City and beyond, I research menus, talk with chefs, and actually dine at the places I recommend.
Every spot, brand, or product included here is vetted for vegan options and overall experience, so you can spend less time scrolling and more time enjoying your trip.
Crossroads Kitchen

Nothing says “I love you” more than spooning out some plant-based caviar onto rippled potato crisps and feeding them to your (vegan) honey, amiright? Crossroads Kitchen, a gift from celeb chef Tal Ronnen, is the only high-end vegan restaurant in Las Vegas. Located at Resorts World, this dimly lit spot will have you and your partner splitting pasta like Lady and the Tramp. The menu focuses on Italian cuisine like pastas and pizzas, and includes seasonal eats and a hefty dessert menu for a little somethin’ sweet before heading home.
Le Cirque

It doesn’t get more romantic than an indulgent evening out that overlooks the famed Bellagio fountains. And, that is exactly what Le Cirque delivers. The esteemed restaurant offers perhaps the priciest vegan tasting menu I’ve ever seen in Las Vegas, but also one which is incredibly creative and thoughtful. The menu changes with the season, which means you have at least four nights a year to dress up, and elegantly devour your plant-forward plates.

The Black Sheep

Another of our top picks, Top Chef’s Jamie Tran’s restaurant combines Vietnamese cuisine with a French twist and the results are divine. The vegan options at Black Sheep aren’t many, but what is vegan is exceptional. Tran’s scallion pancakes are wildly flavorful and unlike any scallion pancake I’ve ever had. Grab one of the spot’s housecrafted cocktails, ask for a corner in the dimly lit restaurant and enjoy your quiet time with your partner.
Barry’s Downtown Prime

It may be a steak house, but Barry’s Downtown Prime in CIRCA Las Vegas has a full vegan menu. If you’ve ever seen the commercials where there’s a gorgeous woman clad in a skintight sequin mini dress and a guy in a tux walking into a casino in Vegas, they would be coming from a spot like this. That’s how sultry it is. Combine the sexy restaurant with sexy food and you’ve got the perfect romantic dinner. I’m talking tableside Old Fashioned’s being smoked right there to seasonal veggie-forward fare that reinforces you’ve made the right decisions to be eating vegan and sitting in the swanky booths. When Barry’s has the truffle meatloaf, please, please order it. And, you can’t have a romantic meal without indulging in one of their decadent housemade desserts.
Mott 32

Forget what you know about Mott 32 and why it’s famous and let the venue seduce you. This Chinese dim sum restaurant at The Venetian is acclaimed, and with good reason — their food is divine. While the vegan menu isn’t massive, they do have an entire vegetable section and can veganize dishes, too. The tofu they have? It melts in your mouth. The dining room itself is super romantic and gorgeous, setting the mood for whatever comes next in the night.
BLACKOUT (Dining in the Dark)
BLACKOUT is a vegan restaurant (although they don’t market it as such). What makes this restaurant special, and romantic is the setting. It’s pitch black in the dining room. Service is done with night vision goggles, phones are tucked away in lockers and the experience is left to your other five senses to navigate. Remember, they do have those goggles on though! I’ve heard stories where some people get a little carried away … don’t let it be you. Or, maybe do? However you want to roll … it’s your romantic night.
