The ultimate French dining experience is at MGM Grand. With the Chef of the Century Joël Robuchon leading the way at the restaurant of the same name, this intimate, luxurious experience is renowned for its awards, namely the Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator’s Grand Award.
Now, let’s talk about the food.
The vegan selection will send your cruelty-free mind into a tailspin. The L’Hiver menu offers incredible options like cauliflower pannacotta with a lemongrass gazpacho, an avocado carpaccio with potatoes and black truffle shavings, Kabocha velouté with roasted chestnuts black truffle and jasmine rice cream, crispy mushroom ravioli, seared tofu on wasabi spinach, risotto-style rice with pimientos and veggie couscous, and so much more.
We can’t even get into the desserts.
