TIABI Coffee & Waffles is a vegan-friendly waffle and coffee shop in Las Vegas with two locations.
With a hearty list of both sweet and savory vegan waffles to choose from, plus plenty of caffeine and smoothie options, this little spot is perfect for digging into some yummy vegan breakfast dishes (and lunch) and hanging with friends. It’s got non-vegan options for those who have yet to see the light, too. (Insert wink-y smile emoji here, please.)
TIABI (whose name stands for “To inspire and be inspired”) serves up breakfast and lunch items, all day.

If you’re craving something sweet, try the Viva Las Elvis waffle packed with bananas, peanut butter, almonds and agave. It’s our favorite and basically we miss everything else on the menu because we love it so.
But, there are other vegan options at TIABI, too.

Don’t miss out on the signature Wafflewich options or the salad. We dig the aptly named Vegan Wafflewich which features a waffle stuffed with avocado, spring mix and the brand’s signature savory TIABI dressing.
They also have the Guru Burger, a vegan burger topped with a sweet and savory “Guru” sauce, spring mix and tomatoes stuffed into a waffle sandwich.
They’re also one of the only spots in town to offer vegan grilled cheese, so get all over that.

If you want some greens in your life, order the Kale Waffle Salad which features kale, a spring mix, avocado, nuts and more with some waffle added in for good measure.
Wrap up your meal with their vegan affogato. Yup. Vegan.
