Filled with heaps of vegan offerings, not only is this a vegan dream, they’ve also got gluten-free vegan eats.

First, there are the salads.

Now, these aren’t your ordinary salads. These salads are packed with goodness like nothing we’ve ever experienced before.

The sensational David’s Special is one of the best salad’s we’ve ever had. You could say, this dish makes salads fun. It’s full-on flavor thanks to the shredded kale massaged with housemade lemon vinaigrette, roasted beets, curried quinoa, spiced chickpeas, avocado, carrots, and hemp seeds.

Yes. Please.

There’s also The Bizness, that once again features the lemon-y kale and a choice of three toppings. They’ve also got a Thai noodle salad and The Negocio, which is packed with goodness like brown rice, soy crumbles, pico de gallo and avocado.

Bronze Cafe also offers six plant-based sandwiches.

We dig The Vegucated Order. This “sammie” (as they’re called here) is stuffed with Tofurky, vegan bacon strips, vegan bacon jam, avocado, greens, cucumber, tomatoes, basil aioli and lemon vinaigrette.

But, there’s so much more.

Their sammie menu is heavy on the Tofurky, but they’ve also got something if you’re strictly into plants. Try the Tree of Life, a pita sandwich made with greens, lemon vinaigrette, roasted red peppers, avocado, tomato, mango vinaigrette, pickled onions, cashew cream, brazil nut crumble.

All of the sammies come on ciabatta, but you can request multi-grain, gluten-free or over a salad.

Owned and operated by Bastien, they’ve homemade specialities like raw almond butter, raw almond mylk, mojo-marinated seitan, hummus and more. It’s basically a vegans dream here, and for that, we love it.

We’d be remiss to skip a frank discussion about the vegan desserts here.

Holy wow, they are amazing. It’s pretty tough not to order the entire case of goodies, including a brownie lovingly baked *around* a chocolate chip cookie, the peanut butter snickerdoodle and other ridiculous sweets.
