Jjanga Steak & Sushi has added more vegan options to their menu.
The popular sushi restaurant with two locations in Las Vegas offers an all-you-can-eat vegan sushi with more than 30 options.
On this episode of The Good Fork, head with host Diana Edelman into the Ft. Apache Jjanga location to meet the Jjanga team and learn about why they added vegan options to their menu. Plus, check out how to roll sushi and the abundance of vegan options available.
Choose from tapas like spicy garlic edamame and cold tofu to two different soups (including miso, which is normally not vegan). When it comes to vegan sushi at Jjanga, there are more options than most sushi restaurants in Las Vegas.
Vegan rolls include the April Roll filled with avocado, cucumber, gobo and oshinko and topped with avocado, jalapeño and sriracha. Other rolls include veggie tempura, a Crazy Veggie roll (tell them to hold the sauce) and more.
They also offer a few nigiri rolls as well. In addition, you can also enjoy eats like a veggie burrito stuffed with cucumber, avocado, seaweed salad, radish and lettuce, wrapped in soy paper.
AYCE also includes four different salads. It’s available all the time for $26.95 per person.
