On Sunday, Oct. 8, Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill is giving out free tacos at their Silverado Ranch location (1263 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd.) to celebrate its new look.
The vegan-friendly Las Vegas restaurant now boasts a Mexican beach town inspired feel and an expanded menu with more vegan options.
Ori’Zaba’s serves up plant-based eats (with the ability to make some oil-free) and has gone relatively underneath the vegan radar thus far. Guests can choose from dishes like potato tacos, veggie whole wheat burritos, and a make-your-own burrito/taco/bowl/nachos option, plus refreshing agua fresca and more.
The new plant-based items on the menu feature their popular Queso Planta, a creamy dairy-free queso dip (throw this on your nachos for a little taste of heaven), jackfruit carnitas and Heather Foods cheesecakes.
