Who says the British don’t have excellent food that can be made vegan? Not us (note: more to come on that with a vegan guide to London and all the vegan eats). Cornish Pasty Co. is sharing the vegan pasty love with the plant-based community in Vegas, and if you haven’t tried out their fresh-made pasty deliciousness, now’s the time.

This Cornwall, England delicacy is a baked pastry, typically filled with beef and veggies. And, here, vegan goodness, too.
The Downtown restaurant comes complete with pool table, shuffle board … and a menu that is vegan-friendly. Each day, Cornish Pasty Co. offers two vegan options. You can’t go wrong with either, but according to the Vegans, Baby Instagram, the most popular is the spinach and artichoke (oh man, is it good), with a side of the garlic and jalapeño chips.
Other variations of the vegan pasty include a southwestern, vindaloo, mushroom and more.If you want to play it safe, call ahead and find out what vegan pasty options they’ve got on tap for the day … and make sure they’re not sold out!
