Celebrate National Mac and Cheese Day at these Las Vegas vegan restaurants

  • July 14, 2020
  • Blog, Vegan News

It’s National Mac and Cheese Day, and what more of a reason do you need to celebrate the creamy, cheese-y goodness of mac and cheese but a day named after the popular dish? We’re making it easy for you to find vegan mac and cheese in Las Vegas and celebrate National Mac and Cheese Day! Here’s a round-up of our favorite vegan restaurants in Las Vegas to devour vegan mac and cheese.

Las Vegas Vegan Restaurants Serving Vegan Mac and Cheese

Simply Pure*

Celebrate National Mac and Cheese Day with vegan mac and cheese from these vegan restaurants in Las Vegas. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

We were so excited when Chef Stacey Dougan took her vegan mac and cheese and put it on her regular menu. This three-cheese baked mac and cheese is a must if you’re heading to Simply Pure.

The Modern Vegan has mac and cheese options for everyone. First up is the mac and cheese skillet. Baked in a cast iron skillet, mac and cheese is smothered in their homemade bacon cheese sauce and topped with a panko crust. Or, order the BBQ brisket version of the skillet with BBQ steak strips, slaw, TMV sauce, ranch and green onions. For a kick, opt for the buffalo mac skillet with their crispy, spicy buffalo chicken cutlet instead. Of course, if you want to just enjoy the mac and cheese on its own, there’s the side dish to order. If you’re looking for a burger, check TMV’s social media for when The Heartthrob is one special. This burger comes stuffed with spicy fried chicken, Mac Attack cheese sauce, mac and more.

VegeNation

15 of the best vegan dishes in Las Vegas that everyone needs to try! For more vegan food in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

if you’re looking for a twist on the traditional mac and cheese, VegeNation is your spot. Their Mac Daddy burger features a Beyond patty topped with mac and cheese, collard greens, a gochujang BBQ sauce and more. They also have a mac and cheese pizza (yes, it’s delicious) that comes topped with chipotle ranch and Blazin’ Doritos.

Violette’s Vegan

9 vegan dishes you can get in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Violette’s Vegan offers two different styles of vegan mac and cheese at the restaurant. We’re partial to the gluten-free mac and cheese balls. These piping hot fried balls of mac and cheese are drizzled with sour cream, cheese sauce and topped with green onions and bacon. Then, there’s also the traditional mac and cheese served as a cozy side dish.

Las Vegas Vegan Meal Preps Serving Vegan Mac and Cheese

We’re not leaving out the vegan options in Las Vegas that don’t have dining rooms for this round-up. These vegan meal prep businesses also offer up gooey, delicious vegan mac and cheese for you.

Gym Talk*

Gym Talk is a vegan meal prep business serving Las Vegas. For more information on vegan dining and meal prep in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Gym Talk runs their vegan mac and cheese on occasion and when they do, we can’t stress this enough: order it. Tossed with bacon crumbles and pepper, this one will fool any omni.

O.G. Lola’s*

Celebrate National Mac and Cheese Day with vegan mac and cheese from these vegan restaurants in Las Vegas. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

The vegan Filipino soul food meal prep recently released its full menu and we were so stoked to see vegan mac and cheese on the menu. OG Lola’s hearty side comes sprinkled with bread crumbs.
