VegeNation has emerged as one of the hottest vegan restaurants in Las Vegas. With two locations in the city (Henderson opened September 2017), VegeNation offers an entirely vegan plant-based menu that is heavy on flavor and presentation.
Run by Staten Island native/vegan chef Donald Lemperle, VegeNation has morphed into the spot to dine … and with good reason.
The restaurant is all about local and eco-friendly, so it sources its ingredients from the community. In addition, it also is sustainable (think tapping into local materials and compost, plus even using a carbon-free web host for its site).
Nearly every day, there’s something happening at VegeNation, whether its the restaurant’s Meatless Monday celebration with a local DJ spinning and free boozy cider to its weekend brunch that delivers complimentary fair trade coffee to those parked at the community table.
We love everything on the menu. Really, we do. But, if you’ve got to narrow it down, go for this three-course deliciousness: Save the Tuna (vegan sushi), Chicken Pot Pie Gnocchi for dinner, and the apple cobbler for dessert. Wash it down with VegeNation’s Lemonade with Coconut Water and Chia Seeds or grab a craft beer or organic wine currently available at the Downtown location .
