A viral video in 2021 catapulted Vegan Boil Shack. Taylor and Tumn, the duo behind Vintage Vegan Diner and the city’s first all-vegan vending machine, made a boil dinner and shared it on TikTok. Their boil dinner garnered nearly 200K views and a like from Lizzo. What had been brewing in Taylor’s mind — a vegan alternative to a boil — launched shortly thereafter following market testing.

Vegan Boil Shack brings traditional boil to Las Vegas … veganized
Vegan Boil Shack isn’t anything like Vintage Vegan Diner. The new delivery business focuses more on the couple’s personal taste.
“With this concept, we went back to our roots with delivery (within range) and it’s been great,” says Tumn. Boil bags’ roots are from coastal areas, like Louisiana, where they were traditionally seafood. Boil bags are a catch-all for the way a meal is served and the varied ingredients. Everything inside the boil bag is prepared in a singular, large pot so every ingredient has the same, rich flavor. Bags are served as a large spread, dumped onto a covered table or simply served from the bag after they’re done cooking.
Vegan Boil Shack’s bags are designed for traditional use at small, private events or for personal use at home.
“Our goal was never to re-create seafood, but the experience of gathering your loved ones to enjoy a spread; for that reason you’ll never see something like vegan shrimp or crawfish on our menu,” explains Tumn.

The small menu offers the signature boil bag. It’s a massive serving of red potatoes, corn on the cob, spicy smoked homemade sausage, bell peppers, onions, lemon and their homemade boiling seasoning. The bag easily feeds two people. And, it’s loaded with flavor. The crowning glory: a special homemade boil sauce we can’t get enough of.
In addition, the menu offers fresh-baked cheddar biscuits in a butter garlic glaze. The biscuits are some of the best we’ve ever had (no joke).
They also offer creamy Cajun pasta. Tossed in a creamy Cajun alfredo, the penne includes roasted bell peppers and onions. Finally, the serve fresh steamed white rice and fresh-squeezed lemonade to round out their offerings.
Like the name suggests, everything is vegan. For those who want gluten-free, simply hold the sausage. Pre-order during the week for weekend delivery. They deliver within a 20-mile radius from their North Las Vegas location.
