If you’ve been craving the goodness served up at Urth Caffé located in Southern California, you no longer have to commute to Los Angeles to enjoy the food. Las Vegas’ first outpost of Urth Caffé opens Nov. 10 inside the new Wynn Plaza.
Urth Caffe first became known for their organic, heirloom coffee. Now, they’re popular not only for their organic coffee and tea, but also for their conscious eats available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At Wynn Plaza, Urth will be a little different — they’re debuting a special line of organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines and beers, plus featuring local microbreweries.
Like the California locations, expect the same food Urth Caffé is known for: locally-sourced, sustainable and organic (whenever possible) ingredients. Their menu is vegan-friendly and features juices, smoothies, and vegan eats like the Paradise Salad made with seasonal veggies and fruits, cannellini beans, walnuts and wild rice tossed in pomegranate dressing and topped with almond cheese, the Nori Plum Rice Wrap, Urth Quesadilla with soy cheese, oatmeal, avocado toast and plenty of items that can be modified to be vegan.
Wynn and Encore are two of the city’s most vegan-friendly resorts. Every restaurant at both properties features a variety of vegan dishes.
