Vegan tasting menu at Picasso
The first course is Le Tomate with Campari and Heirloom tomatoes with toasted cashew cream and basil.
Second, the Les Petits Farcis dish. The hearty French dish comes with summer squash, eggplant and piquillo with romesco. Our favorite of the trio is the stuffed red pepper. It was so savory.
Next, is a savory roasted mushroom and onion truffle tart. The delicate tart is topped with seasonal mushrooms, salsify and truffle pistou.
Following the third course is the main course of risotto. The Carolina golden rice dish comes with cauliflower and gremolata.
Finally, the vegan meal at Picasso concludes with a seasonal dessert.
