But, if you’re only in Las Vegas for a few days, or want the absolute best eats in town right now, picking the spot isn’t necessarily easy.

Ok, so we can’t pick only one best vegan restaurant in Las Vegas. It’s even hard to pick 10. However, we’ve managed to narrow the pool based on what makes each special.

1. Chef Kenny’s Dim Sum
Cuisine: dim sum, Asian

Location: Chinatown
What makes it special: Chef Kenny Chye is one of the most well-known vegan chefs in town. He rose to fame with Veggie House, and has opened a few restaurants since leaving there. His other restaurant, Chef Kenny’s Asian Vegan Restaurant offers similar eats to Dim Sum, minus the dim sum so this one made the list for its extra eats.

2. Chikyū Vegan Sushi & Izakaya

Location: Silverado Ranch
What makes it special: Chef John Le is using plants to create all of his dishes here. There’s no processed meats on the menu and every dish is creative, delicious and beautiful.

3. Garden Grill

What makes it special: Garden Grill is one of the OG’s when it comes to vegan eats. They’ve perfected their housemade vegan chicken and make the best Nashville Hot. Plus, it’s family owned and operated and all the food is delicious and comforting.

4. Graze Kitchen

What makes it special: Graze Kitchen is one of the only vegan restaurants in Las Vegas with a menu free of processed foods. It’s got creative cuisine that’s balanced and lively. Plus, they serve an epic charcuterie and deviled hummus.

5. No Butcher

What makes it special: No Butcher is one of the only vegan butchers in the country. They’ve got a full case of deli sides that are ah-ma-zing.

6. POTs

What makes it special: Aside from the fact that owner Iman Haggag is one of the most lovely people in the world, it’s the only Egyptian restaurant in town. We’ve had Egyptian in quite a few spots around the country, and POTs always shines and stands out.

7. Souley Vegan

Location: Arts District
What makes it special: It’s Tamearra Dyson’s ghost kitchen. If you’re not yet familiar with Dyson, now’s the time to get familiar. She’s the first vegan chef to beat Bobby Flay on his show, and has been featured by Oprah, Guy Fieri and more. Plus, it’s the only vegan soul food spot in town and it’s open late.

8. Tacotarian
Cuisine: Mexican with a focus on tacos

Location: Southwest/Ft. Apache, Henderson, Downtown, South/Blue Diamond (opening May 5, 2022)
What makes is special: With four locations in Las Vegas, Tacotarian is one of the most successful vegan restaurants in town. It boasts a menu of nearly 20 tacos, plus the world’s largest vegan taco, a full cocktail menu and excellent brunch. Plus, it’s a celeb hot spot.

9. Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery

What makes it special: VegeNation is one of the oldest vegan restaurants in Las Vegas. Housed in Downtown, it regularly brings in celebs and is in a great spot for exploring Fremont.
