This Southwest Las Vegas spot has honed in on their menu, offering eats and drinks that are unprocessed, natural foods.
Founded by Alina Albizua and Pasquale Romano, the vibe here is fun and trendy. Plus, it’s got comfortable seating to hang and tap into their WiFi.
The vegan breakfast options at Squally’s Cafe include açaí bowls, waffles, and toasts.
For example, they’ve got four organic wellness bowls packed with superfoods and nutrients like açaí, kale, turmeric, blue spirulina and ginger.
In addition, all of the cafe’s waffles are 100 percent vegan. We’re big fans of the green waffle that’s made with rolled oats and topped with fruits and almonds.
Finally, the four toast options are vegan as well. Choose from classic avocado, Mediterranean style, Nutella and strawberry or almond-berry!
Squally’s Cafe also offers a variety of vegan sandwiches for lunch.
The menu boasts four vegan sandwiches. First, there’s the Vegan Turkey with vegan mozzarella, avocado, tomato, and pesto
Next up is the hummus that comes with original hummus, fresh pesto, mashed avocado, spinach, tomato, and cucumber.
Pesto grilled cheese is another vegan sandwich at Squally’s.
Finally, there’s the breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage and vegan cheddar.
Lastly, all of the beverages at Squally’s are vegan.
Our pick is the stunning blue latte made with organic blue spirulina, cinnamon, ginger, monk fruit, vanilla, and topped with rose petals. It not only looks like art, but tastes amazing.
When it comes to milks, all the options are plant-based. Choose from coconut, almond, or oat milk.
Finally, their drink menu is rounded out with smoothies, wellness shots, protein shakes, and juices.
