Vegan options in Las Vegas: Smash Me, Baby
Are you looking for one of the best vegan burgers in Las Vegas? If you are, then head to Smash Me Baby. The Las Vegas vegan concept is a ghost kitchen housed at Lucky 3. The all-vegan burger joint is for vegans and non-vegans who simply want to try a burger that’s made of something other than meat. In this case, the patties are made from Impossible.
Smash Me Baby is a vegan option close to The Strip and the Las Vegas hotels, too.

Co-founded by Las Vegan Steven Lin, the goal of Smash Me Baby is to provide a “gateway food” to non-vegans to get them to try vegan food. Ultimately, they want customers to opt for vegan burgers over meat burgers and to convert non-vegans to veganism, although they themselves are not vegan.
You can order the food for pick-up or delivery only.
Where to get vegan burgers in Las vegas
The menu at Smash Me Baby focuses on burgers, but also offers nuggets, tacos and fries.
Vegan burgers
Let’s discuss the burgers first.
These burgers are good. Like, really good. Perfect char, excellent flavor. They’re smashing it down as soon as it hits the heat, making the patties extra juicy and adding a crispy edge to the burger.
Smash Me Baby offers a handful of burger options — the Single Classic, Smashed Onion, Smashed Mushroom and Swiss, Double Classing and the Smashed Truffle Burger.
Our favorite is the Double Classic. It’s got two smashed Impossible patties topped with two slices of melted American cheese, diced raw onions, pickles and a secret sauce.
Of course, we also totally dug the Smashed Truffle Burger. This one features shaved truffles (obvs) with grilled onions, grilled ‘shrooms, smoked cheese and two patties with a truffle aioli.
Rounding out the top picks are the Smashed Onion Burger. It’s got two patties topped with grilled onions, pickles, American cheese and their secret sauce.
Other items
But, there’s more.
Smash Me Baby also offers a patty melt. It’s got the same smashed patties along with grilled onions, smoked Swiss and American cheeses, on toasted sourdough.
In addition, they make street tacos. The soft flour tortillas come with the same meat, diced, along with pickled onions, mozzarella and cilantro, topped with their secret sauce.
Rounding out the offerings are nuggets.
When it comes to sides, definitely try the housemade chips. For all you fry lovers, don’t worry — they’ve got those, too.
Perhaps the best, best part? Smash Me Baby is open late — until 1 a.m. — making it one of the only spots in town to get late night vegan eats in Las Vegas.
Pick-up and delivery only, 333 W. St. Louis Ave., Las Vegas, 89102; 11 a.m. – 1 a.m.
