Known for their New York-style boiled bagels and sandwiches, the new Bagelmania has upped their game. The restaurant features a deli, as well as expansive dine-in seating and even a bar complete with gaming.
But, does Bagelmania have vegan options?
Yes. They. Do.
Las Vegas Vegan-Friendly Restaurant: Siegel’s Bagelmania
What’s vegan at Bagelmania
First, let’s get into the vegan bagels at Bagelmania. With two massive cases of fresh, soft New York-style bagels to choose from, there are plenty of vegan ones.
Basically, the bagels are all vegan except the ones with cheese, egg or chocolate. So, there’s a lot to choose from.
Our top pick? Salt because that’s what we used to have back on the East Coast as a treat when we’d hit up the local bagel shop.
Top off your vegan bagel with two schmears, regular and veggie.
If you’re just taking the bagels to-go, you can also grab a bag of packaged Matzo chips; they’re vegan.
Next, there’s the dine-in menu.
While the menu is massive, there aren’t many vegan options on it. In fact, there are only two right now (but they are looking to add some more options like vegan eggs, which we encouraged them to do).
You can order the spilt pea soup, which according to Bagelmania is “the best split pea soup you’ll ever have.” It’s pretty damn good.
Second, you can order the Las Vegan sandwich. It comes filled with roasted red pepper hummus, shaved red onion, cucumber and sprouts and your choice of a side.
Finally, there are a few sides that are vegan like a fruit plate, selection of sliced veggies and pickles.
We hope we can share more options with you soon, because they could definitely add more to the menu in the various categories.
