The first all vegan Mexican food spot in Las Vegas honor goes to Pancho’s Vegan Tacos.
It’s first location on Tropicana and Pecos, opened in 2016 and quickly took the Las Vegas vegan dining scene by storm thanks to its bountiful vegan menu.
They serve all the Mexican food. All. Of. It.
The menu is massive and it’s hard not to order all the things. They’ve got tacos. Burritos. Soups. Huaraches. Tortas. Quesadillas. Tostadas. Tamales. Nachos. Enchiladas. Chile Relleno. Soups (hello, you lovely fideo, you, weekends only!). Don’t be fooled. While the items may say they are stuffed with ham, mayo, hot dogs, cheese, sour cream and meat, they are all vegan.
We particularly love that they’ve got the all-important gluten-free options, desserts and — our favorite — Horchata to sip on.
