Ori’Zaba’s Scratch Mexican Grill (AKA Zaba’s) joins the ranks of vegan-friendly Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas.
This fast-casual joint prides itself on serving fresh Mexican food made-from-scratch.Now, they have plenty of vegan options, too. With locations scattered across Las Vegas, you don’t have to travel far to try them yourself.

The restaurant decided to expand their vegan menu as a part of its continued goal to serve a health-conscious customer base in Vegas. They even offer oil-free options in the form of fajita veggies and rice.

Choose from listed vegan menu items like potato tacos, delicious deep fried pockets filled with mashed potatoes.
Or, try a hefty veggie whole wheat tortilla burrito. It comes stuffed with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, salsa, sweet potatoes, guac and cabbage.
But, that’s not all.
Next, there’s the homemade warm queso planta. Made with cashews and potatoes, it’s amazing.
Like many of the popular fast-casual Mexican spots now, you walk down the assembly line to create your meal.
Add all of your favorites to make your dream taco, burrito, nachos (loving that creamy queso planta), or bowl.
Finally, wash down your meal with a seasonal agua fresca. Or, for $2 more, turn the drink into a booze-y Zabarita.
Ori’Zaba’s continues to expand their vegan options in Las Vegas. They have now added jackfruit carnitas to the list of plant-based menu options.
