Dive Into the Little Logan’s Farm Vegan Event in the Hudson Valley
Ready for the event?
Looking for the perfect Hudson Valley vegan event that combines food, fun, and compassion? On Saturday, October 4, Little Logan’s Farm is hosting a full-day event that includes a Vegan Pool Party, Woodstock Farm Sanctuary Tour and dinner. With a menu crafted by one of my personal fave vegan chef (and Chicago bestie) MacKenzie DeVito. Her name may sound familiar — she’s the founder of the legendary No Bones Beach Club restaurant, which used to operate in Chicago, Portland and Seattle pre-pandemic.
I’ve gone to a lot of events at Little Logan’s Farm, and this one is different. It gives participants a one-of-a-kind experience for foodies to get their hands on DeVito’s vibrant cookin’, experience the nearby Woodstock Farm Sanctuary and then tour Little Logan’s Farm and biodome.
What makes me talk about Little Logan’s Farm all. the. time.
Little Logan’s Farm, located in Gardiner, NY (about 90 minutes outside of NYC), is the first certified biocyclic vegan farm in the United States. That means everything grown there is 100 percent free of animal ingredients and byproducts, and instead nurtured with regenerative, cruelty-free farming practices.
Owned by Eric Linn and Frances Gonzales (of Vegan Wines), the two have set out to change farming practices in the US and educate people on what really goes into their food.
This Hudson Valley vegan farm is more than just a farm.
It doubles as an event space surrounded by the Gunks, rolling fields and forests. It’s the perfect backdrop for community, plant-based cuisine, and eco-conscious events honoring nature.
Meet Chef MacKenzie DeVito
At the heart of this event is DeVito, best known as the founder of No Bones Beach Club, the world’s first fully vegan beach bar. No Bones became a cult favorite for bold flavors and creative, vegan menus. Since shuttering her restaurants, she’s been popping up across the country as Bite Me, and making her signature cauli bites to sell to restaurants and groceries.
Now, DeVito brings that same passion for innovative vegan dining to the Hudson Valley.
For the Little Logan’s Farm event, she’ll be creating a seasonal, gluten-free harvest dinner. It showcases fresh, local produce and her signature approach to vegan cuisine that’s both comforting and fun.
The Event: Pool Party + Woodstock Farm Sanctuary Tour
The day kicks off with a tour of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary and then heads to Little Logan’s Farm for a pool party in their salt water pool with light bites. After that, DeVito will serve her dinner.
Here’s what the event includes:
-
Shuttle service from NYC with a vegan roadie breakfast for the ride prepared by DeVito
-
Guided tour of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary, one of the most beloved animal sanctuaries in New York
-
Walking tour of Little Logan’s Farm, where you’ll see regenerative vegan farming in action and learn more about what they’re doing and how they’re changing farming
-
Pool party on the farm grounds, surrounded by fall colors

Seasonal, gluten-free dinner prepared by Chef MacKenzie DeVito
A portion of proceeds goes directly to Woodstock Farm Sanctuary, making this a chance to give back while enjoying a memorable experience.
