Forget what you know about German food. Hofbrauhaus, the fun beer hall modeled after the Bavarian beer halls in Germany, has vegan German food in Las Vegas.
Yes, you read that right.
Hofbrauhaus is a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas Vegan-Friendly Restaurant: Hofbrauhaus
The massive restaurant that brings in locals and tourists serves up quite a few vegan options in Las Vegas. While some things need to be tweaked to be vegan, we’re hoping someday soon they have an all-vegan menu (we did suggest it to them!).
What’s vegan at Hofbrauhaus?
First, let’s start with the beer. Every beer on their menu is vegan, so raise a stein to that!
Start your meal with a salad — either the HB Salad with seasonal greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers or the Bayerische Salatplatte with cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers.
For some carbs, we’re huge fans of the fresh and chewy authentic giant pretzel with sweet mustard and onion mustard.
For the main course, choose from the Gegrillte Vegane Frankfurter featuring two grilled franks topped with curry sauce and served with a side of fries.
Or, order the Veganes Schnitzel, lightly breaded soy protein.
The breaded schnitzel comes with an amazing potato-cucumber salad.
This is also the spot to watch live European sporting events (like football!), listen to live bands Sunday – Thursday from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 6 p.m. – 12 a.m.
