Stefany works in education administration but food is her first true love. Growing up in South Texas, finding the best brisket (fatty cut always) and breakfast tacos inspired her to initially start traveling for, writing about and photographing food. Stefany's schedule is packed with brunches with friends, daytrips and travel daydreams, and trying to keep up with all the restaurant openings in Vegas. Despite not being vegan, she has incorporated more plant based meals into her diet after trying so many great vegan restaurants in Vegas.
