Pasta Shop Ristorante and Art Gallery
The family-owned Pasta Shop Ristorante has long been one of your favorites for fresh Italian food. It’s also a go-to if you want gluten-free Italian eats. Using house-made pasta that comes in a variety of gluten-free options like spinach, cracked black pepper pappardelle and linguini, the restaurant offers a variety of sensational pasta dishes that are gluten-free and vegan. They also have some incredible appetizers and salads to add to the list.
Chef Stacey Dougan’s Container Park restaurant, Simply Pure, offers a variety of gluten-free food in Las Vegas. We’re particularly happy to share that her famous lasagna now comes in a gluten-free version.
Sparrow + Wolf

The Modern Vegan
Nearly 50 percent of the menu at The Modern Vegan is gluten-free (that’s 40+ items if you’re counting). They’ve avocados stuffed with tofu scramble, bowls, salads, smoothies, appetizers (hello, cheese fries), zoodles, dessert and even gluten-free buns and bread to make burgers and some sandwiches fit the bill. They’ve also got a dreamy stuffed portobello steak filled with vegan lobster mix and topped with melted mozzarella and broccoli.
Veganbites Bakery is an all-vegan bakery in Las Vegas that specializes in gluten-free and allergen-free desserts. From cupcakes to donuts to tiramisu (swoon), this bakery is a dream if you’re craving gluten-free sweets.
Across town from Veganbites Bakery is Veganbites Restaurant which also focuses heavily on gluten-free and allergen-free food. They serve everything from flavor-packed salads to beet burgers to nachos … all gluten-free, all delicious.
