They’ve avocados stuffed with tofu scramble, bowls, salads, smoothies, appetizers (hello, cheese fries), zoodles, dessert and even gluten-free buns and bread to make burgers and some sandwiches fit the bill. They’ve also got a dreamy stuffed portobello steak filled with vegan lobster mix and topped with melted mozzarella and broccoli.
