Plant Power joins the 20+ vegan restaurants in Las Vegas, which was recently named one of the top vegan/vegetarian cities in the USA.

Located at 7090 W. Craig Rd., at Craig Rd. and the 95, the concept is a twist on the average fast food option.

Plant Power provides a healthier, cruelty-free alternative with 100 percent cholesterol-free dishes. Meals here are also free of artificial flavors, colors, hydrogenated oils and high-fructose corn syrup.

In addition, the world a better place outside of just the food it serves is a top priority with Plant Power. Tables, booths and chairs are all made from bamboo and recycled waste. Plus, takeout packaging is fully compostable.

Although the restaurant is vegan, Plant Power is designed for everyone.

“Even if you don’t always eat plant-based, we know you’ll find a familiar favorite on the menu, and can feel good about what you’re putting in your body and how you’re helping the environment,” says BarryTu, of Scale 3 Management, the restaurateurs behind the Las Vegas outposts. “The convenience of having a healthier alternative to fast food is exactly what the Las Vegas community needs.”

The Las Vegas vegan restaurant serves veganized versions of popular fast food dishes. There’s the Big Zac, with two patties, vegan cheese, lettuce, onions and pickles with special sauce.

Another popular dish is The Buffalo ’66. It’s a crispy chicken patty tossed in buffalo sauce with creamy ranch, lettuce and tomato.

Other dishes include wraps, salads and fries. They also serve soy-based milkshakes blended with oat milk in flavors like chocolate, peanut butter, coffee and cookie butter.
