Chikyū Vegan Sushi & Izakaya

From the creators of San Francisco’s Shizen, Chikyū is our favorite restaurant for vegan sushi in Las Vegas.

Helmed by the talented Chef John Le, the Las Vegas vegan restaurant focuses nearly entirely on its stellar sushi program. Tapping in to local ingredients, you can get anything from traditional rolls to decadent, flower-laden specialty rolls.

You won’t find any fake meats here, just pure plant-powered ingredients. What to order: It’s hard to decide what to order, so we’ve come up with our top picks from Chikyū.
