VeggiEat Xpress is you answer to vegan Asian food if you’re in Henderson.
The menu is massive, featuring starters like egg rolls, pot stickers and spring rolls, as well as our top pick, buffalo wings (you’ll do a double take/taste with these; we promise, they’re vegan)/
VeggiEat Xpress serves up a selection of beef and chicken sandwiches, as well as a grilled ‘shroom sandwich and fish sandwich. They’ve also got a large selection of soups like pho, rice noodle, wonton and curry, plus fried rice dishes, stir-fried noodles and chef specialties like the popular ribs with black bean sauce or Korean-style ribs.
Entrees include spicy basil options with tofu and eggplant, chicken or mince ground meat, curries, General Tsos in a choice of cauliflower (we dig this!), mushroom or shrimp, and sweet and sour options.
The restaurant recently added sushi on the reg to its menu, too, after a trial run rolling it up on Fridays.
For dessert, choose from items like cheesecake, Oreo chocolate cake, gluten-free carrot cake or gluten-free chocolate cake. And, don’t forget the drinks! From Vietnamese coffee to boba (taro, please!), VeggiEat Xpress has heaps of drinks to enjoy. Be sure to check their Facebook for sushi specials and more!
