There are vegan options at Life is Beautiful 2019. Check out The Farm Stand, curated by Diana Edelman of Vegans, Baby for daily vegan options featuring acclaimed restaurants and chefs in Las Vegas. For more Las Vegas vegan dining news, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Welcome to your Vegans, Baby Bite for the week of Sept. 16, 2019.

Get excited! Today you can celebrate Mexican Independence Day with $6 jackfruit carnitas burritos at Ori’Zaba’s*. Head over to any of their locations across the Valley and load up your burrito with free veggies, or add on their homemade queso planta that everyone loves. The team here has worked hard to incorporate delicious vegan eats, so while you’re there, also try some of their other vegan options.

Life Is Beautiful is this weekend! For the first time ever, the three-day music/culinary/arts/comedy festival that takes over Downtown Las Vegas has an entire vegan section — The Farm Stand. We partnered with them to curate this area, so head over any of the days of the event from 5 until the food runs out to enjoy four chefs/restaurants each day, including pop-up darling OG Lola’s, Vegan Yack Attack’s kimchi mac and cheese and more. If you’re out festival-ing before or after The Farm Stand serves, we’ve also put together this guide for additional vegan options at Life Is Beautiful.

Today’s our last episode for a month. Next week, we’re heading to Thailand to join up with Giselle from Mindful Wanderlust and lead a vegan tour of the country with stops in Bangkok, Phuket for the Vegetarian Festival and then up north to our old home of Chiang Mai. We’ll be sharing the vegan journey on Vegans, Baby’s Instagram and a more personal look at Thailand and the experience at @diana_edelman on Insta.

We’ll be back late October for more vegan goodness!
