The Vegas Vegan Dinner takes place on Aug. 12, 2019 at CATCH inside ARIA Las Vegas. The dinner features five celebrated chefs from Las Vegas — Yuri Szarzewski (Eatt), Andrew Carroll (CATCH), Brian Howard (Sparrow + Wolf), Oscar Amador (EDO) and Vincent Pellerin (Partage).
