When it comes to vegan-friendly coffee shops in Las Vegas, The Coffee Class is one of our favorites. With exquisite baked goods, a variety of beverages and savory eats to enjoy, The Coffee Class is a vegan dream.
Opened in 2019 by Kyle Cunningham, The Coffee Class has grown in popularity, even with a pandemic. Offering dine-in, pick-up and even delivery options, it’s location at 215 and Eastern Ave. makes it easy to get to. They’ve been so successful at their first location that in August 2022, they opened their second in Henderson.

Vegan drinks at The Coffee Class
Let’s start with our personal favorite: the rose oat milk latte. If you love rose and oat milk, the rose oat latte is a must. Delicate, dried rose petals adorn the beverage, giving it a subtle rose taste. Order it hot or cold, regardless it’s delicious. Just remember to specify oat milk when you order.
Next, there’s the cold nitro chai latte. This bad boy is made with oat milk, chai and infused with nitro. It’s got a little kick (and perk) and entirely vegan.
In addition, you can also veganize the hazlenut latte, black walnut latte and lavender London Fog latte.
The Las Vegas vegan-friendly coffee shop also offers rotating seasonal drinks, so be sure to ask if they can make them vegan.
They also have your typical drinks — coffees, tea service and pour overs.
Vegan food at The Coffee Class
While the drinks are amazing at The Coffee Class, what truly steals the show are the vegan food options. Chef Beth Ryan-Small, who’s no stranger to vegan baking thanks to her work at another high profile coffee shop family in Las Vegas, has nailed the vegan goods.
First up, there are the seasonal scones that come in flavors like strawberry lemonade.
Then, there are the pop tarts filled with fresh fruit and sometimes gluten-free.
There are also eats like tarts and cookies (hello, vegan birthday cake cookie).
Finally, when it comes to pastries, there is the personal-sized blueberry pie. This decadent pie comes filled with blueberries (filled) and topped with streusel.
Next up are the savory vegan options.
Ryan-Small nails the biscuits and gravy, complete with chunks of vegan sausage.
Other vegan options include paninis, salads and soups.
What we love most is they are always experimenting and adding new dishes and vegan pop-ups, so you never know what’s in store when you visit The Coffee Class.
