Our quest for vegan pho in Las Vegas continues. This time, it took us to Sidestreet Pho & Grill. Located a few doors down from the entirely vegan Violette’s Vegan, Sidestreet Pho has a few vegan options at its restaurant. Keyword: a few.
But, let’s be real. You aren’t heading here to nosh on the appetizers or entrees. You’re coming for the pho because vegan pho in Las Vegas isn’t the easiest thing to come across. And, vegan pho they have. It comes in the form of Pho Rau Thap Cam AKA vegetable pho and comes complete with broccoli, bok choy, carrots and broccoli.
If you want to start off with something to eat while you wait for your vegan pho, it’s the veggie spring roll filled with — you guessed it — veggies. It’s light, crisp and tasty.
Wash it all down with a fresh coconut. And then head next door to Violette’s for some tasty desserts like their fresh cakes.

Sidestreet Pho & Grill , is the broth vegan ? For the vegetarian pho.
I was told it was!
I have been there a few times and the pho is delicious- to order it you request the vegetable pho and ask specifically for the vegan broth. Every time I have gone the server knows exactly what we are talking about. It’s not completely the same, the vegan broth they use is very clear. It is still very satisfying and quenches your pho cravings and is incredibly flavorful once you add the toppings and sauces you want.
