Send Noodles

A look at the vegan options at Send Noodles inside The Palms Resort. For more vegan dining options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

If you haven’t been to the Palms Casino Resort, you’re in for a treat. The property, which recently underwent a major refresh, has taken a page out of other Station Casino resorts. Now, there are plenty of vegan options at The Palms. The best part? We’ve visited every restaurant on property (like Scotch 80 Prime) to check out all of the vegan food at The Palms.

We’ll be sharing a complete round-up of vegan options at The Palms, but first, we’re breaking down each vegan-friendly restaurant at The Palms.

Send Noodles, a casual pan-asian restaurant featuring classics, as well as dishes with an American twist. This cleverly named spot has a cozy table setting with additional seating at the long bar. It’s a great place for a cute date night without the Strip crowds, or to hit up with your pals before a show at the Pearl Theater.

Dig in to a big warm bowl of vegetable ramen made with a mushroom-based veggie broth. The vegetable ramen includes thick vegan noodles, grilled tofu, bamboo sprouts, choy sum, mushrooms, scallions and nori. If you’re like us and like it, request sriracha or chili paste to kick it up a notch (*Side note – This is how we discovered Truff, the truffle hot sauce we didn’t know we needed in life till now. Ask your server if you can have a little taste.). As always, specify that you would like the veggie broth with your veggie ramen, just to be safe.

If veggies and rice are more your thing, order the Szechuan eggplant with a side of jasmine rice. This dish is smokey and garlicky with just the right amount of spice. How can you go wrong?

Don’t forget to satisfy your sweet tooth with an order of the mango sticky rice with coconut cream. This sweet treat comes with a side of coconut caramel sauce to top it off (YUM!).

The naturally vegan options are limited, however, like most Asian restaurants, Send Noodles will alter certain dishes (i.e. Pad Thai, Vermicelli Noodle Bowl, etc). Please confirm with your server.

Kathryn Hartwig is a senior writer for Vegans, Baby. She decided to go vegan nearly a decade ago while searching for the perfect diet to compliment her role as a professional dancer. After experimenting with multitudes of fads, she Kat found a lifestyle that turned out to be more than a diet. She settled in Vegas with her husband/photographer Daniel, and puppy, Layla, after traveling the world on cruise ships and living in New York City. The family recently welcomed the birth of their first child, a true vegan baby.
