Las Vegas resident Roxanne Lavin wears a variety of vegan hats. She provides full meal prep service, nutrition consulting, grocery shopping tours and cooking demos. Plus, she also has a full, private gym where she provides strength and conditioning classes and personal training (we go there and dig it!).
With more than a decade of experience, Lavin is a Las Vegas health coach specializing in plant-based nutrition and fitness. And, after multiple certifications in the health and fitness field, she hasn’t stopped there. She continues to build her knowledge by attending seminars, webinars, and working with top medical professionals paving the way in whole food plant-based nutrition.
It’s become one of Lavin’s main goals to make it easier (and healthy) for people to transition from an omnivore diet to vegan through plant-based education and healthy vegan meal prep in Las Vegas.
If you’re looking for nutrition-packed, healthy all-natural and non-GMO meals, they are $60 a day for three meals and two snacks, or opt for a la carte and order meals for $15 each.
She’s been our go-to for fitness and meal planning since April 2019, but you don’t need us to vouch for her. Lavin’s full gym, roster of meal prep clients and packed vegan educational programs are proof positive her work touches the lives of those she meets.
