Folks over in the Southwest part of Las Vegas continue to get new vegan options.
The wood-fired Italian restaurant Locale is the latest to add more vegan options to its menu and become a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas.
During the pandemic, Locale’s menu was overhauled when Chef Partner Marc Marrone (who also owns one of the best Asia spots in town, Graffiti Bao) came in and started experimenting in the kitchen.
Vegan options were added to the menu at the upscale Italian kitchen.
