Detox Salon, a clean-air salon by Stacey Kaptain, offers a salon free of the normal, nasty chemicals which we breathe while getting our hair cut and colored.

This salon is 98 percent vegan, and all of its hair colors are entirely vegan, as well as cruelty- and chemical-free.
That facial you’ve been needing? They’ve got those, too. And soy wax for hair removal. And plenty of vegan products to take home to create a healthier beauty routine.

Detox Salon boasts an eco-friendly design complete with LED lighting, recycled flooring and ceiling tiles, as well as reclaimed barn wood. Copper is used throughout the venue, and there is an air filtration system in place to naturally cleanse the air.
But, there’s more. Detox also uses energy efficient appliances and features as indoor greenery to produce fresh oxygen.
Nearly all of the products at the salon are certified organic, certified cruelty-free and vegan by PETA, non-toxic and are free of ammonia, parabens, sulfates, gluten, formaldehyde, PPD and more.
