The restaurant located on the bustling S. Eastern Ave. corridor just before Anthem is a breakfast – lunch – brunch place (and the brunch served on weekends features bottomless mimosas, so there’s that temptation). Chef Jaret Blinn, who opened the spot in 2015 after leaving an illustrious chef career at Five-Diamond spots, runs this family-owned (and cozy) restaurant serving organic ingredients and dishes we dig.
If you’re coming for breakfast, they’ve got juices and bowls and avocado toast. But, Blinn’s food really shines in the heartier options like the Veggie Toast (so much yes), and dishes like the Farmers Market Stack with a quinoa cake, fresh market veggies and cherub tomatoes served over smashed potatoes, and the butternut squash hash.
CRAFTkitchen’s vegan menu also includes gluten-free options (the Stack is GF), and sides including a fresh fruit plate, truffle fries and sweet potato fries, plus add-ons like soyrizo and Gardein chick’n.
