CRAFTkitchen is one of our new favorite spots in town thanks to its organic, gorgeous food and an entire new vegan menu at our suggestion!
The restaurant located on the bustling S. Eastern Ave. corridor just before Anthem is a breakfast – lunch – brunch place.
Bonus: the brunch served on weekends features bottomless mimosas.
Chef Jaret Blinn, who opened the spot in 2015 after leaving an illustrious chef career at Five-Diamond restaurants, runs this family-owned restaurant serving organic ingredients and dishes.

Vegan options at CRAFTkitchen
If you’re coming for breakfast, they’ve got juices and bowls and avocado toast.
But, Blinn’s food really shines in the heartier options.
Try the Veggie Toast (so much yes), or the Farmers Market Stack with a quinoa cake, fresh market veggies and cherub tomatoes served over smashed potatoes, and butternut squash hash.
CRAFTkitchen’s vegan menu also includes gluten-free options (the Stack is GF). Vegan sides include a fresh fruit plate, truffle fries and sweet potato fries, plus add-ons like soyrizo and Gardein chick’n.
