Henderson’s VeggiEat Xpress is giving Las Vegas a gift: all-you-can-eat vegan sushi for $28.75 per person. But, there’s a catch: it’s only available from March 13 – June 13, 2019. Anddddd, you can only purchase the vouchers through April 30.
The vegan restaurant in Las Vegas was one of the first vegan spots in the city to incorporate creative vegan sushi into their menu. Originally only offered on weekends, today the restaurant serves up sushi on the regular. And now, they’re firmly planting themselves in the vegan sushi scene, thanks to their limited time all-you-can-eat vegan sushi.
“We would like to provide this opportunity to allow new customers and sushi lovers to try all our creations with this offer,” says General Manager Victoria Plourde.
VeggiEat Xpress is also preparing us; they’re opening a second location in the southwest this May. And, while the new spot won’t be serving up the all-you-can-eat vegan sushi, they will be serving a massive selection of vegan sushi to purchase a la carte.
In order to take advantage of the special all-you-can-eat vegan sushi in Las Vegas, you’ve got to purchase a voucher in advance. To really seal the deal and make sure you get to indulge in this sushi, it’s advised to make a reservation once you’ve got the voucher in hand. Customers are not permitted to buy the voucher and use it the same day. You can purchase your voucher online or go to the restaurant to purchase. For more information, call 702-458-8899.
The new sushi menu features veganized versions of the popular spider roll, made with crunchy spinach, avocado and vegan crab and topped with vegan masago eel sauce.
Our favorite is the Japanese lasagna roll filled with a Cali mix, cream cheese and avocado with torched Screaming O sauce on top.
You can have unlimited nigiri, hand rolls, sushi rolls and small plates and one specialty roll (like the spider roll or Japanese lasagna roll) per person. The all-you-can-eat vegan sushi also includes a hot tea.
