If you're looking for a vegan buffet in Las Vegas, head over to AYCE inside The Palms Resort Casino for options. For more vegan options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

The days of Las Vegas Buffets being a danger zone for vegans seem to be coming to an end! With options like Feast at Palace Station, the Wynn Buffet, and Studio B at the M Resort, you no longer have to vote a hard “no” when your family wants to check out the all-you-can-eat spots Vegas is known for. There are plenty of buffets in Las Vegas that are vegan-friendly (finally)/

If you’re looking for a vegan-friendly buffet in Las Vegas, try AYCE Buffet inside Palms Casino Resort.

AYCE makes it easy to find most of the vegan options at their buffet. Simply head to the Revival section towards the back left corner. There, you will find a whole section dedicated to vegans and vegetarians. The dishes do rotate, but you can expect dishes like hummus and grilled pita or gluten-free pasta with tomato sauce (with either black bean or zucchini noodles similar to what’s at Lucky Penny).

If AYCE’s vegan options that day include their roasted buffalo cauliflower, be sure to grab it! And, be sure to also try the vegan jackfruit enchiladas.

For sides, AYCE offers items like roasted veggies.

Choose from options such a vegan brownie, vegan peanut butter mousse or other vegan desserts on rotation.  A buffet that offers a full course of vegan options? Count us in!

Kathryn Hartwig is a senior writer for Vegans, Baby. She decided to go vegan nearly a decade ago while searching for the perfect diet to compliment her role as a professional dancer. After experimenting with multitudes of fads, she Kat found a lifestyle that turned out to be more than a diet. She settled in Vegas with her husband/photographer Daniel, and puppy, Layla, after traveling the world on cruise ships and living in New York City. The family recently welcomed the birth of their first child, a true vegan baby.
