Craig’s Vegan Ice Cream, is a popular vegan-friendly ice cream shop from Los Angeles. It opens its door inside the new mega resort on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Don’t let the name fool you — it’s vegan ice cream, but they offer non-vegan cones and toppings.
The only vegan restaurant on The Strip, Truth & Tonic, is located at Canyon Ranch Spa Las Vegas at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The restaurant, which is open for breakfast and lunch, offers healthy eats. It made the transition to a fully vegan restaurant early 2020.
The vegan ice cream in Las Vegas features a cashew base and an array of flavors that can be scooped, made into shakes and sundaes, or purchased by the pint.
The business offers five favors: Killa’ Vanilla, Perfectly Chocolate, Melrose Mint Chip, Sunset & Strawberry and Kursten’s PB Crunch.
It’s the first shop for the business which can be found at spots like Veggie Grill and Erewhon in California.
All ice creams are vegan, however not all toppings and cones are vegan so please check.

Resorts World culinary program
Resorts World opens June 24, 2021 and features a comprehensive dining program. The resort welcomes signature restaurants with options that include tapas, Japanese, Cantonese, Mexican and Italian.

In addition, Chef James Trees, another James Beard finalist, is opening Mozz Bar in the food hall.
The new resort, featuring numerous hotels within, joins the growing ranks of Strip properties that are vegan-friendly.
