Our vegan culinary dreams are coming true! On Thursday, Oct. 5, celebrity chef Tal Ronnen (the brilliance behind Los Angeles’ Crossroads Kitchen) is heading to Las Vegas.
The chef — who consulted on the vegan menus at Wynn and Encore restaurants — returns to the property as a part of the hotel’s new Wynn Master Class Series, which features classes and workshops, giving guests the opportunity to see life at the hotel, behind-the-scenes.
His Conscious Cooking class unites him with Lakeside’s Chef de Cuisine Paul Zlatos for a special hands-on cooking demo that highlights some of the most popular plant-based recipes from Ronnen’s best-selling cookbook, Crossroads. We hope the demo includes this spectacular dish.
